Mr. Thomas Richards founder and president delivers these products and services in a timely, reliable and professional manner. Mr. Richards is a consultant and a accredited instructor of Asbestos Abatement Contractor classes. In addition to consulting he is licensed in the State of Illinois as an Asbestos Supervisor, Asbestos Worker and an acredited Asbestos Training Instructor.

As an asbestos worker, he has performed all aspects of abatement, from large commercial buildings to schools and power plants. AMI is also a certified MBE.
